Question of the month
Question: How many calories can I expect to burn during the iBoot Full Body Sandblast workout?
from Kristin Hall, Jacksonville, FL
Answer: This answer varies person to person. The typical person will burn 300 – 500 calories each time they do the workout. This is contingent upon your level of exertion and energy output. The higher your heart rate over a consistent period of time will burn more calories. Your goal should be to be above 60% of your heart rate max and not to exceed 85% of your max.
